1. Search Existing Trademarks
Check your proposed mark isn't already registered or too similar to an existing one.
2. Choose Your Classes
Trademarks are registered against specific classes of goods and services — choosing the right ones matters.
3. Apply and Respond to Examination
After applying, the UKIPO examines the mark and there's an opposition period before registration is finalised.
